The hotel is near the airport , a five-minute taxi ride covers the distance. The rooms were modern and clean. The staff was friendly and offered assistance when needed.
The thermostat in my room was not working properly , and despite reporting it , the issue remained unresolved.

the room were very clean, the bed was comfy and sheets felt crisp.
the thermostat didnt work, so i had no control over the temperature in the room. the staff told me i could open a window, madrid is hot, and the noise from aircraft and street traffic made it difficult to sleep. i really wish they had a fan or another room available.

Convenient and Clean Stay Near the Airport

This hotel is in a great location when you have an early flight. The staff reserved a taxi for me, and the front desk operates 24 hours. A taxi to the airport costs a flat rate of $20. The hotel restaurant offered delicious food. I would definitely dine there again (especially the paella!).
The thermostat in my room did not function properly. I had to open a window, it was noisy with aircraft and street sounds all night.
